You have 14 days from your purchase date to request a refund on your eBook.
To request a refund, just shoot me an email at shop@avalaneauthor.com.
Be sure to include:

That’ll help me find your order fast.
🔁 After your refund is processed, please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.

🚫 When Refunds Might Be Denied
This is super rare, but I do reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request seems fraudulent or dishonest.
That said… if you’re reading this carefully, you’re probably not the kind of person I’m talking about 😉

I usually respond within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
During holidays or life’s unexpected chaos, it might take a little longer—but I always read every message.
